Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Follow all safety and security procedures Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process - Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and manage customer orders - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide outstanding customer service - Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus - Knowledge of electronics sales is beneficial but not required - Familiarity with cash registers and ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Good phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers on a daily basis.
