The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, wine/beer, and people.
Candidates for this position will need to have a professional/courteous disposition to work with guests, team members, and vendors.
As the newest and most premier estate winery/vineyard/brewery in the Central Virginia area, this will be a great opportunity for the right candidate.
This position is designed to manage Private Events and the Villa Property.
Duties :
Achieve sales/profit goals of Hazy Mountain's event operations Own the entire private events process Management of the contract and event pre-planning timeline, forms, and payments.
Oversee the development/preparation of contracts for all private events, including:
banquets, wedding, corporate events, etc.
Coordinate with Accounting Manager that invoicing is correct, payment schedules are met with clients, and final invoicing is timely and accurate Conduct tours and meetings for prospective events Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the lead time to the event; overseeing event coordinators.
Work with the in-house operational team to manage and communicate client expectations, while understanding our operational processes and service delivery.
Share in the oversight of the event day-of coordination with the events coordinator Own the villa property sales and estate management; including coordinating maintenance needs and cleaning schedule Report on revenue goals and year-over-year pacing Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator Maintain full compliance with Department of Agriculture and ABC regulations Reports directly to General Manager Direct Reports:
