Responsibilities:
Work in various aspects of the tasting room as needed, including:
bartending, kitchen, serving, hosting, & expediting Provide knowledge about our products, provide tastings to groups and private reservations Responsible for providing guests an enjoyable and memorable tasting & eating experience Responsible for ensuring alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under the age of 21 Use of the POS system to conduct transactions and close out the register at the end of the day Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to:
ABC regulations, VDACS, OSHA
Qualifications:
Prior restaurant experience prefered but not required! A passion and interest in the hospitality industries Open availability & willingness to work additional hours, holidays, and weekends for special events to meet the demands of the business Ability to work with little to no supervision Job Type:
